The Problem
A family moving out of a 4-bedroom rental in Henderson had lived there for 5 years. The carpets were heavily matted, stained with makeup in the bedrooms, and had distinct grey traffic pathways. The property manager warned that the bond might be withheld for carpet replacement.
Our Process
We performed a heavy restorative steam clean. We started with an intensive dry-vacuum using a commercial beater bar. We applied high-pH pre-conditioners to the traffic lanes to break down the embedded oils. We used specific solvent spotters to dissolve the makeup stains, followed by a high-temperature, high-pressure hot-water extraction.
The Result
The carpets were transformed. The pile was lifted and softened, the makeup was removed, and the property manager was so impressed they requested our business cards for future tenants. The client received their full bond back.
