Our Process
We designed an after-hours maintenance program utilizing Very Low Moisture (VLM) encapsulation technology. We applied an advanced crystallizing polymer solution to the carpets and agitated it with cylindrical brush machines. This broke down the grease and coffee, suspending the dirt in microscopic crystals that dried within 45 minutes.
The Result
The commercial glue-down carpet was brightened significantly, and the dark traffic lanes were eliminated. The office was completely dry and ready for the 7:00 AM shift the next morning, with zero disruption to the business.
